I’m petitioning you to introduce a motion in the House of Commons to
re-instate the death penalty in Canada. If you believe in a need for the death penalty this should not be a problem for you.
There are several long established reasons for having the death penalty in place. Without it there has grown a substantial absence of much needed levels of higher responsiveness and seriousness within our justice and correctional system, which has been lost in apathy in cases like mine. If there is truly nothing wrong with my case, why not tell me in the name of justice.
If however, you do not support the death penalty or you feel my conviction is unstable then I ask you to set me free. When I say set me free I know you can’t just do that. I say set me free in the context of begging you to put a stop to the various ongoing and deliberate obstructions and interference by Correctional Canada against my case, defense, legal documents,other material and property….. including my computer which is well known to be essential to my case appeal work . Especially, against my ability to prepare for and to do the work required for my case appeal and other proceedings etc. affecting my life, liberty and future. I also say free me in the context of begging you to actually eliminate or remove the barriers in the course of justice so I can do the work needed to prove mine a wrongful conviction case. As you can, set me free to do that.
Respectfully, I ask you to please free me or kill me BUT please I’m begging you to do something to end this nightmare of my wrongful conviction.
In closing, I ask that you please do not exclude me from your inquiries, as to do so would not be fair. I have NOT and DO NOT give consent to any member or office of Correction Canada or any person or office or any component of the justice system to give answer or to otherwise speak for me.
