This month marks the 3rd month anniversary of the Sept 11th attacks.
Although many people in this country have fallen asleep, I am hear to sound the alarm. The church is here to sound the alarm. Yes Americans have once again renewed their patriotism, raised their flags, and rallied behind their President. But as a Christian I have to ask myself,
What have I done? Have I prayed for the lost with more fervor then ever before, have I fasted, have I prayed to be a more effective witness? The realization of what happened that day was not that just thousands were killed, but that thousands went into eternity abruptly.
NEVER FORGET
Personally I believe that that this event is just the begining of more cataclysmic events. What is the responsibility of the church? Do we understand that Islam is the fastest growing religion in the world? Who would believe that with such rigid codes, millions would turn to this.
How many times have we been intimidated because of our dress codes, our women's uncut hair, our scripture quoting, and our worship? Yet millions have accepted their dress code, prayer five times a day, fasting, and memorization of the Koran. I am afraid we have failed to comprehend this is a war! The Muslims have waged a physical war, as well as a spirtual war.  I believe that we, who have been blessed with the Truth of  WHO God is, must rise up and be heard! Use every tool at our disposal to shake this world, before He comes back. Sign petitions, promote web sites, write articles in local newspapers, hand out tracts, go door to door, testify to all that will listen, work in prison ministries, teach home Bible studies, and most of all fast and pray. Get involved, stand and be accounted for. We need PRAYER back in schools, we need the Ten Commandments posted in public buildings, we need to remind the world that Christmas is a day to recognize Jesus! ( Even if he was not actually born on Dec 25th.)
Many are working very hard , at high levels of goverment to silence and do away with the very foundation of our beliefs. How can we sit back an accept what is with out a doubt a full-scale war on truth. Is going to church and being blessed by God, and fellowship with like believers enough? In New York City there are people, everyday handing out tracts of lies and deciet, The Black Panthers using the Word of God and twisting the scripture to fit their needs. The Trinitarians promoting a triune god. The gay rights activists pushing their vile bills through congress. Humanists fighting to remove the word "GOD" from  national songs to art from little children.
Is it right to stand by an allow this to happen? To stay within my little group and say, "well this is the end times,it's going to happen anyway? " Many may not believe in war, many will say God is a God of peace; I believe the Bible is full of examples of quite the opposite.
Action was taken throughout the scriptures against all forms of evil.
Even great men of God,for example Moses, David, Joshua, had the blood of many on their hands. Many thousands were killed in the conquests of Israel. Many thousands more were killed for their turning away from God. Look at the destruction God himself ravaged upon the idolitors. The flood wiped out the whole world for the exception of Noah's family. Fire and brimstone rained on Sodem and Gomorrah. The water's of the Red sea  buried the Egyptians.
Am I saying to go out and physically kill?  NO a thousand times No.
But I am saying we must stand and fight! We must be heard!
The prophets ,apostles and believers in the word of God condemmed the evil of their day. Does God expect any less from us? Did countless christians sit idly by and lose their lives because the remained peaceful, didn't they denounce evil, promote the word at their own expence?
