From the Desk of: Dr.BRANSOCH BRIGHT Director,Audit&Project
DEPARTMENT OF MINING & NATURAL RESOURCES.
TEL NO: 27-82 668 3986
STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL & URGENT.

Att;

I am BRIGHT BRANSOCH. Director of Project, South Africa Ministry of Mining &
Natural Resources. I am making this contact with you based on the
committee's need for an individual/company who is willing to assist us with
a solution to a money transfer.

First and foremost, I apologized using this medium to reach you for a
transaction/business of this magnitude, but this is due to Confidentiality
and prompt access reposed on this medium.

In enfolding this proposal, I want to count on you, as a respected and
honest person to handle this transaction with sincerity, trust and
confidentiality. I have decided to seek a confidential co-operation with you
in the execution of the deal described hereunder for the benefit of all
parties and hope you will keep it as a top secret because of the nature of
this transaction.

Within the Department of Mining & Natural Resources where I work as a
director and with the co-operation of two other top officials, we have in
our possession as overdue payment bills totaling Eighteen Million Five
Hundred Thousand U. S Dollars (US$25,750.000.00) which we want to transfer
abroad with the assistance and co-operation of a foreign company/individual
to receive the said funds on our behalf or a reliable foreign non-company
account to receive such funds. More so, we are handicapped in the
circumstances, as the South Africa Civil Service Code of Conduct does not
allow us to operate offshore account hence your importance in the whole
transaction. This amount (US$18.5m) represents the balance of the total
contract value executed on behalf of my Department by a foreign contracting
firm, which we the officials over-invoiced deliberately.

Though the actual contract cost have been paid to the original contractor,
leaving the balance in the tune of the said amount which we have in
principles got approval to remit by Telegraphic Transfer (T.T) to any
foreign bank account you will provide by filling in an application through
the Justice Ministry here in South Africa for the transfer of rights and
privileges of the former contractor to you.

I have the authority of my partners involved to discuss on the modalities of
sharing with you. Your share of the entire sum will be (35%),(65%) for us
and for taxation and miscellaneous expenses.

The business itself is 100% safe, on your part provided you treat it with
utmost secrecy and confidentiality. Also, your area of specialization is not
a hindrance to the successful execution of this transaction. I have reposed
my confidence in you and hope that you will not disappoint me. I wait in
anticipation of your fullest co-operation. I am available on my confidential
telephone number above to entertain any questions concerning the clarity of
this transaction. Kindly notify me by email, your secured

telephone and fax numbers for further details upon your acceptance of this
proposal, this will enable me to call and fax all details for your
understanding before we commence.

Thank you in anticipation of your co-operation.

Best Regards,

Yours faithfully,

DR BRIGHT BRANSOCH.

you to give me more details of yourself, your company, your age and your
position in the company because I do not want to make any mistake as this is the
only big opportunity that has ever come my way.

You must understand that both of the parties should always be co-operative and
follow the instruction as mapped out for the smooth and success of this
transaction.

Moreover, here are the modalities needed for this transaction. you are required
to have a foreign exchange account in a local bank in your country where the
entire fund will be transferred by TT as stipulated by the authorized

Department.

Before contacting you, I have made all the arrangement through which this

fax to you some document which you will go through and sign, these documents

Dear Mr. Bright:

Thank you for your e-mail.  I am glad that you have taken care of all the
modalities.
I am 44 years old and a former basketball player.  I currently run a non-profit
organization.  It's a way for me to give back to the community and children.  It
also involves several of my former colleagues.  I intend to utilize the proceeds
received from this transaction to benefit the non-profit organization.

We must maintain this transaction as strictly confidential.  Therefore, the use
of telephones and faxes should be minimized because it's extremely easy for
someone to overhear a conversation and a fax page could easily be picked up by
one of my employees.
I am ready to proceed and look forward to hearing from you.

Dear,
Receiving your mail, I want you to understand that the confidentiality is the
most requirement of this transaction, but it cannot avoid us from hearing from
each other.

It does not look wise to have this kind of deal without speaking to each other.
You must have a private mobile phone specially for this transaction.

Again we must use a naming code to know when we call each other, it does not
mean that we will always call ourselves on the phone, but for in case of urgency
of any information that may be necessary to pass on.

I want you to privately call me as you receive this mail and furnish me with
your private number as the transfer proccess will start on monday.

Meanwhile, I need your full names, address and picture for identification as I
am taking my resignation immediately after the fund is transferred to your
account, and come over there.

Thanks,

Dr. Bright.

Dear Bright:

In such event, I will have to purchase a new mobile phone.  My current phone has
been issued by the organization and as such, the bills go directly to my

raise questions.  Attached is my picture as you've requested.  I would ask you
to send one as well.

Dear Trent,
Our seriousness is highly greater than what you think, one of my colleagues is
leaving for Canada tomorow with the banker, and the Diplomat will arrive Canada
by next tomorow, I will arrive there before January 5th after my visa is issued.
We could no longer do anything than to behave blindly by not hearing fom you
before seeing you face to face, why because they are afraid you may be a police
as you know the involvement of this transaction, we have quit our job to run
away with the money. But the major problem is how my colleagues will communicate
to you if they arrive Canada.

Mr Trent, I want you to behave professionally on this matter so as to avoid fear
and distrust, just make a single phone call, you should not discuss anything
business with me, just only say hi to me and notify me that this is you. Also,
my colleagues will call you as they arrive Canada and do the same thing, there
will be no discussion of business on the telephone.

I repeat my no 27 82 6683986, this is very urgent.

last, yet you hardly answer, now this is my number 27731358511, call me so that
we can talk this over.

To let you know more, I contacted Immigration office in Chicago to enquire more
about US immigration, I requested them to call me and they did it within 1
minute, so I do not know how your own could not be able to connect to South
Africa.

In all, you will try and come to South Africa, do not mind about the money you
have spent or the one you will spend, you will be collect it before sharing as
well as me and my colleague because we have also exhausted all our resources on
this transaction, all because we are not following the real modality mapped out
for this transaction.

I expect your urgent call.

Thanks,

Bright.
BRIGHT DIDN'T GET THE MESSAGE.  TIME TO BLOW HIM OFF ONCE AND FOR ALL.

Bransoch, you have failed miserably during this transaction.  If it wasn't for
your stupidity and incompetence, we both would have been rich by now.  Instead,
I'm sitting here trading e-mails with a fool.
I warned you about using the authorization code in EVERY e-mail.  You failed to
do so.  Not only that, you didn't read your e-mails because I changed the
authorization code from New York Knickerbockers.  Go back to my previous
e-mails.  You gave the authorization code to the security company in Canada!!
What the fuck were you thinking?  There is a new authorization code that was in
use and you didn't use it.

I'm through with you.  Besides, I have received an offer from Mariam Abacha to
help her with some trunk boxes containing $26 million.  She's much more
intelligent than you so I've decided to help her instead.  Good bye Bright.

Sincerely,

Trent Tucker
