My name is Micheal Clough, a member of Independent

Banker's Association published a list of dormant accounts originally

by non-Swiss citizens. These accounts had been dormant since the end of
World War II (May 9, 1945). Belonged to Holocaust victims.
The continuing efforts of the Independent Committee of Eminent
Persons (ICEP) have since resulted in the discovery of additional
dormant
accounts - 54,000 in December, 1999.
The published lists contain all types of dormant accounts,
including interest-bearing savings accounts, securities accounts, safe
deposit
boxes, custody accounts, and non-interest-bearing transaction accounts.
Numbered accounts are also included. Interest is paid on
accounts that were interest bearing when established.
The Claims Resolution Tribunal (CRT) handles processing of all
claims on accounts due non-Swiss citizens. A dormant account of one

Wauber with a credit balance of 35,000,000 US dollar plus accumulated
interest
was discovered by me. The beneficiary was murdered during the holocaust
era, leaving no WILL and no possible records for trace of heirs.
The Claims Resolution Tribunal has been mandated to report all
unclaimed funds for permanent closure of accounts and transfer of
existing
credit balance into the treasury of Switzerland government as provided
by
the law for management of assets of deceased beneficiaries who died
interstate
(living no wills).
Being a top executive at ICEP, I have all secret details and
necessary contacts for claim of the funds without any hitch. The funds

Dear Clough: This sounds very intriguing, but there may be a couple of issues:
#1 - Is this legal? It sounds very dangerous.
#2 - Although I reside in the U.S., my father is Swiss and I have a Swiss passport - will that be a problem?
#3 - Would I have to go to the Cayman Islands? I don't like to fly?

Thank you for your mail.I want to make it clear to you that the processing unit would not contact you until they are satisified that you are the right beneficiary of the account. They will be waiting for the informations they required from the attorney to be completed so that they will process your application. There is nothing to worry about as we can provide all requirments as regards informations as they need it. this will be induced with my position.
The processing unit is not accepting this claim via mail. This is why we have hired an attorney. The attorney goes to the processing unit as your representative and files all papers on your behalf. There is no way they can give away such an amount of money without someone being present phisicaly. . The law in Switzerland states that you or your lawyer should be present in such application and since we already have an attorney doing the representation, they will work on that note. I do not have any other partner in the processing unit as regards this issue. I do not even want anybody to see me with the attorney or know that I am involved in this at all. Remember not to mention my name as it will be suspicious if an account officer to an account is being mentioned in the beneficiary claim.
I have to be carefull considering that I should protect my job and career. I will suggest that when the attorney will submit the whole claim documents to the processing unit, he will state that you want this fund paid via any bank in Cayman Island. When this is done, you will then be withdrawing from their in bits to your account in the USA. I will also be getting direct wire from their to my own account.
I do not have any feelings that you will cheat me in any way because I have come to have a high level of trust and respect for you in this short time of knowing you. I know that this is the begining of years of business relationship. I hope to collect the recipt of payment from the lawyer by thursday. i will send it to you for records. upon any received document i will always send it to you.
