I am Mr Morris zihill, the Chairman Contract Awarding and Tender
Committee of African Union (AU) with Sub- Head, Accra Ghana. Forgive my
contact to you, if this letter comes to you as a surprise and offends you,
as you don't know of it's coming before. I got your contact during my
search for a good and reliable person to do this huge money transfer
project with. I and my colleagues involved in this project have agreed to
seek your mutual partnership into this huge money transfer project. We
wish to transfer the sum of (fifty-eight Million, Four Hundred Thousand)
$58,400,000.00 to any account of your choice in your country be it
personal or company's account.
But before we do this, we need to arrange for a meeting either here in
Accra Ghana, or in Europe and Asia where I will be coming on an
official assignment by this month. We shall meet to know each other and
finalize on the movement of the fund from here. This money was gotten from
over invoiced contract bills awarded by us for the supply of foods, hard
and softwares, pharmaceutical/medical equipments and anti-misiles to
the peacekeeping mission troop in Liberia, Sierra-Leone, Somalia and
Cote'd Vore civil wars.
This over invoiced sum was purposefully brought out from the invoices
and carefully protected. All lope holes leading to it's removal were
sealed off with legal documents attached to the original invoices. It was
our general wish to seek for your assistance to provide us with the
facilities to transfer this money out of Africa. We decided to transfer
this money out of Africa because of the non-steadiness of the continent's
economy and non-steadiness in political nature of this sub-region of
the world.
Based on the law and ethics of our services to AU, we civil servants
here in Ghana are not allowed to operate foreign account. This is more
reason why we needed your assistance as a foreigner to enable us get this
money shifted to any account of your choice in your country. This over
invoiced money is deposited in a security company here in Accra Ghana
with the title "African Gold", awaiting claims by you or your company as
the owner.
The project is expected to be successfully completed if you give us the
total cooperation needed from your side. For the security of this

And I told you from the first e-mail. NO PHONE CALLS. This is an extremely confidential transaction and it's very easy for someone to eavesdrop on phone conversations. Therefore we will not jeopardize this transaction by communicating via telephone.

How are you today? With hope all is well. I got your mail and all you
said are well understood. I am very sorry that you misunderstood all I
told you about my position and this money and felt that I am delaying
the conclusion of this transaction by not booking hotel for you in
advance. Try to understand the need for us to put things the way there
suppose to be in this transaction so that we don’t have problem in concluding
it successfully. Please get this right, as the chairman contracts
awarding committee, I am being monitored closely that is more reason why
you have to book hotel your self. I want us and this transaction to stand
neutral and normal. I don’t want a situation my moves to book hotel for
you will be suspected and lead to abortive of this transaction and it’s
success. In this transaction, you are coming to Accra Ghana to collect
this money from the security company as the contractor who supplied
items amounted to this $58,400,000-00 to African Union-AU who has not
collected his money.
This is the interpretation of your person in the documents concerning

company for easy and smooth collection of this money before we go there. I
want us to conclude successfully my good friend that is why I want you

suspecting me and my participation being known through booking hotel for you,

I am cancelling my trip Morris. I am spending over $13,000 on a plane ticket to Ghana and all I ask is that you book me at a hotel (the Golden Tulip Accra Hotel). I don't think this will cause any concern if you book it. So unless I get a written confirmation from the hotel before Friday, the deal is off.
Secondly, why are you saying you will come to China? When the fuck did I tell you I'm from China? I live in the United States. You have me confused with someone else. Do you plan to give this money to someone else??? I don't trust you anymore. The only way I will know that you are legitimate is if I see the hotel confirmation. Otherwise, good bye.
AND THAT WAS THE LAST I HEARD FROM MR. MORRIS ZIHILL. I PROBABLY COULD HAVE KEPT HIM GOING LONGER BUT HIS E-MAILS WERE BORING.
