| Sire: Ch Debrak Klassic Lad Dam: Myola African Blue Nile Taylor is our special boy. He was born on the 16th of July 1997. From an early start in the show ring at 13wks he has been consistantly doing well for us. He became an Australian Champion at only 10mths old and at 3 and 1/2 yrs he became the 1st Grand Champion Basenji in Western Australia. Now Taylor is retired to a life of lounging around in the sun, hopefully he can compete in a few veteran classes when he's old enough. His achievments include: 2 Best Exhibit in Show 3 Runner-up Best In Show 14 Best Exhibit in Group 18 Runner-up Best Exhibit in Group And multie class in show and group awards. Some of his special highlights include: Best State Bred in Show & Runner-up Best in Group- Perth Royal '98 (Mrs Somerfield - UK) Runner-up Best in Group- Western Classic '99 (Mrs J Frailey - USA) Invitee to Contest of Winners '00 BOB at Perth Royal Show '98, '99, '00, '01 and '02 Runner-up Best in Group - Perth Royal '02 (Mr S Pizzorno - Uruguay) Plus under Basenji Breeders he has been awarded: BOB and Class in Group - Mrs D Clarke (Clendon Basenjis) from NZ BOB and Ru-Up in Group - Mrs D Duffin (Makuba Basenjis) from VIC Thankyou to all those judges who have recognised this dogs outstanding qualities. He is not only a great showdog, he's also a joy to live with and a proven sire with numerous Champions under him. Plus he helped Joanne to win the Pal State Final in '99 as well as Runner-up at the Pal National Finals that year! This is a dog with much talent! |
