With the first thread on the left, make 7 fk. Repeat.

With the first thread on the left, make 1 fk, 1 fk/bk,
1 bk.

With the third thread on the left, make 1 fk and 1 fk/bk.

With the third thread on the left, make 1 bk/fk and 1 fk.

| 5.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 using the fifth thread.

With the first thread on the right, make 1 bk, 1 bk/fk,
1 fk.

Repeat steps 2 - 6 two more times.
