| Our coffeehouses started in the Fall of 1998! Wow, huh? We had various themes just to make the night a little more unique than everything else. |
| Halloween - Every October usually a few days before or so, we decorate the lounge, dress up, give away prizes for best costume! |
| Poetry Month Celebration - During the month of April, we hold a coffeehouse and dedicate the whole evening to the mysterious world that is poetry! |
| "Nooner" CH - Named and thought of by our own Ivette Barraza, this is a coffeehouse especially dedicated to the art of lovemaking, sex, romance, and everything in between! |
| Celebration of Women Artists - During the month of March, the coffeehouse and The HCC Women's Center hold an event celebrating the power of being female and all their mystifying talents! |
| Pajama Party! - We wear our pajamas, bring our teddie bears, and sip hot cocoa, while poetry is read. |

| Valentine's Day - Around the actual day in February, we all get together to celebrate/bash love with love/hate poems. |
| So, as you can see, we had fun and offered everyone something different than what they were used to! |
