Yung Peter Nagon was born in Saigon Vietnam, but was  raised up  in
Perth, Western Australia.  He has  travelled extensively throughtout Australia, United State of America, Canada, and  has spent more than 6 years in Southeast Asia.  Peter field of specialties in both culture and international cuisine Most of his time is spent  in the  US, with his relatives to establish importing and exporting business  enterprises, in both Houston. and New Orleans.

His Culinary career begins since 1984 at Leeuwin Estate, trained by
Don Hancey.  In 1986, he was  first appointed as a  chef  De-cuisine,to set up and opening an Italian restaurant in Perth with hospitality professor Mr, Peter Martini.   Followed that includes  the Plaistowe's , Brass Monkey Hotel, .Hurling Ham Hotel.   Further more In 1990, he was appointed as an Executive Chef  development to open Sardi's Restaurant in Perth and as well as in  Singapore in 1993. Up until today , he has  engaged in for  more than 13 opening projects which includes, hotels, restaurants, taverns and super markets  around the world.

Peter's has just recently  launched  his new enterprise as "Culinary management  " in Information Technology. This is the most  comprehensive software as it have been created to suit  all types of hotels or restaurants big or small.   The program  includes, menu planing , recipes, culinary business  administration, staff cost,  function menus,  food cost,  beverages, daily turnover  reports and  stocks inventory. 

During his 17 years of profesional experiences which  included at
Leeuwin estate, Maltilda Bay Brew.co. , mercure.    Millennium Copthorne, , Carlton Hotels and The Esplanade Albany Hotel.
