The National Convention for 2001 will be held in San Diego, California
June 29, 2001 to July 1, 2001 at the Town & Country Resort.

HUNTINGTON'S DISEASE CAREGIVERS WEB DIRECTORY

The directory research was done by Jean E. Miller
in memory of her daughter Kelly Miller
who passed away on November 28, 1998
at the tender young age of 30.

The Huntington's Disease Caregivers Web Directory
is dedicated to Kelly Elizabeth Miller

Jean has put many countless hours putting this directory together
and in the past had shared it with anyone that wanted it as just a
paper document.

Together Jean and Olav were able to bring this to everyone
as web page and again countless hours of work were done
once again by both.

Please take the time to view that site and hopefully it
will bring you and your family countless hours of information
and possibly a better understanding of HD.

The directory is also has links to many others who have or deal with HD.
It also has links to helpful forms to assist you with medication lists, information for doctors and other forms.

Tell others about it so they may hopefully view it and they will have the
opportunity to educate themselves and again pass it on to someone else.
