Reasons why I Know Michael Jackson is INNOCENT:

Subject: Judge Explains Reasons To Dismiss Abuse Case!!
A New Orleans judge is explaining why he dismissed a 22-year-old molestation claim against Michael Jackson. The judge says he believes the pop star was nowhere near the kidnapping scene.
U-S District Judge Eldon Fallon kicked the case last week, but no reasons were given when the decision was posted on the court's Web site.
Joseph Bartucci Junior claimed he was forced into a limousine in May 1994 and driven to California. He says he was molested and held against his will -- but only recalled the alleged assault in 2003, when new molestation claims against Jackson came out.
The judge says two sworn witnesses helped establish that Jackson was likely in California at the time.

In 1993, the 13-year-old’s father asked Michael for money before making any charges. He clearly wanted money and used his son to get it. A demand of $20 million was made and refused. Then the father resorted to the allegations.
In the 1993 case, the 13-year-old’s father admitted to the step-father that he had been rehearsed about what to say. That there were other people involved that were waiting for his phone call. The 13-year-old’s father admitted to the step-father that if he didn’t get what he wanted it would be a massacre.
The 13-year-old never spoke out against Michael. It was the adults around him.
Dr. Sandram (an Indian dentist from Santa Barbra) had said in an interview: "as early as 1995 he had heard Thomas Sneddon say he was going to find a way to drive Michael Jackson out of the Santa Ynez valley and out of Santa Barbra for good by trying to get him in prison
In 1994, Dr. Sandram attended a private fundraiser/dinner with Sneddon and members of his staff. Sneddon, along with Detective Timothy Rooney and Sr. District Attorney Magnacolo (sp.) discussed a plan directed at Michael Jackson to "run that (n-word) out of Santa Ynez". The discussion also involves several racially motivated prosecutions, payoffs, and conspiracy. Discussion with Dr. Sandram includes Sandram´s contention that Sneddon and his staff "knew" Jackson was innocent of the crimes, and possible motivations as to why they may want to drive him out of the County.
From reports, the public has learned that some parents actually both filed formal complaints and/or orally complained about the way certain officers were lying to and badgering their children during the 1993 investigation.
In 1994 they took the case to two Grand Jurys. Both found nothing.
In 1994 a former maid admitted to the Grand Jury that she saw nothing. She admitted she was paid to make up her story. She was paid by a TABLOID for her story.
So every time you hear about Michael and a maid’s son
* Remember this: She was paid for her story and admitted it was lies. She never saw Michael do anything wrong.
Michael never hurt her son.
For the 2003/2004 case
Inconsistences in mother's testimony.
They are biased on CourtTV because the lead investigator, Diane Dimond lost a $2.4 million dollar lawsuit from Michael.
After supposedly escaping Neverland the teen and his mother talked to one of Michael's people saying how much they love him. Why would the mother do that if she was held against her will?
Defense lawyer got G-'s mother to admit she had lied under oath twice in an unrelated case.
G-'s mother is prone to exaggerate.
If mother was held "captive" why did she go back? If held at Neverland against her will why call a friend? Why not call the police? Why didn't her friend call the police?
Wade Robson's Mother Calls Maid A Liar
No 7 Accusers in Jackson 'Case' - Majority of questioned boys deny abuse
(out of 5 of the supposedly molested 3 say Michael Jackson never hurt them)
Former Jackson Employee admitted telling a tabloid intermediary he wanted $500,000 for his story and admitted the tabloid intermediary told him the payout would be higher if he claimed Jackson’s hand was inside the boy's shorts.
A former maid to Jackson also sought money from tabloid reporters. She admitted that she and other employees has used a “media broker” to sell stories based on their inside knowledge of Jackson.
Jackson's attorney also managed to get the witness to acknowledge the fact that while he and a few other employees decided to sue Jackson, consulted a lawyer who advised them that the only way they could fund the litigation was to sell their stories to tabloids.
The only suddosed "victim" tesitfing admitted in the 1990's that police "made him come up with a lot more stuff. That they kept pushing. So much so he wanted to hit them in the head. (This doesn't sound like someone finally admitting the truth. It sounds like admitting he lied to shut them up)
When asked asked about whether or not his allegation against Jackson ever resulted in a criminal case he said "I don't know much. I don't watch the news." Seriously, that's what he reportedly said.
Not only did a formed maid sell her story to a tabloid and have her hand out for a settlement, but that she also sold pictures to the tabloids of her son and Michael Jackson.
A former employee told other people that Michael Jackson should take care of him for the rest of his life.
MJEOL BULLET : Spotty Memory of Prosecution Witness Undermines Credibility? – MB #256
MJ NEWS : Jackson often out of country on tour during Francia's allegation timeline? (posted on MJEOL)
MJ NEWS : Former Protégé Vouches for MJ - Fox (posted on MJEOL):
Twin brothers spent two weeks as guests in the Jackson family home in Encino, California around 1985. In 1993 a tabloid offered their father $200,000 to say anything whatsoever happened between his kids and Jackson. He wrote "No good sucker" where his signature was supposed to go. The reason: Nothing ever happened between Michael Jackson and his sons.
Now all the son remembers about the man from The National Enquirer is that he wanted Bobby, then 18, to lie.
"He said, 'Say he grabbed you on the butt. Say he grabbed you and touched you in any kind of way,'" Newt said. "He told us he took all these people down. Now he was going to take Michael down. That he would really destroy him. He told us he took all these other famous people down. All the major people that had scandals against them. He said, 'We take these people down. That's what we do.'"
During cross examination by Michael Jackson's attorney the sister admitted
that she did not always tell the truth. She admitted that she would lie about certain things depending on what was asked.
The accuser's brother admitted to lying during a deposition for his mother's civil lawsuit in another case.
The teen had told prosecutors Michael showed him and his brother a certain adult magazine, but Tuesday, Jackson's attorney pointed out that the magazine was dated months after the boy had visited the pop star. The boy conceded that the magazine used as evidence in the case wasn't actually the one Jackson showed him.
The defense attorney also asked about differences in the boy's descriptions of how Jackson allegedly molested his brother. After several questions, the boy answered, "I don't know exactly what I said."
Like in the 93 case, the psychologist admits, this second case involved him and was a result of a civil suit the lawyer was going to file. They went to the same lawyer that got the other family millions out dollars.
The dates and times of the alleged offenses have changed between the original complaint and the grand jury indictment. They want us to believe that while being investigated for abuse that's when Michael started the alleged offenses. Nothing before that but then start while being watched. Come on! Get real.
The accusing family drastically changed their story from the under oath affidavits they signed, to the story the family told to the grand jury, told to the judge, told to the prosecutors, told to the police, and the rest of the world.
The accuser’s mother had previously signed a document where she admitted investigating possible claims against Michael Jackson before she had even met him. According to an official statement, a sworn declaration, the mother hired both an attorney and private investigator BEFORE she even met Jackson in an attempt to seek a settlement for child abuse BEFORE Jackson had even met her kid.
About accuser's mother: Her ex-husband’s lawyer has said she manipulates the truth in order to benefit herself and that she manipulates others, particularly her children. It was noted that the accuser’s father has repeatedly said that the accuser’s mother makes her children say what she wants and scripts their words.
She made statements that her children can sue Michael Jackson after they turn 18.
The stepfather of Michael Jackson´s accuser testified that he asked for payment for the family´s participation in video interviews.
It is known that the family has a history of lying during legal proceedings and defended Michael Jackson during at least two prior investigations clearing him of these allegations.
It's suspicious that the 13-year-old knows all the details of the first allegation particularly that it was about money.
It is known that in 2000 the mother used readers to get money for her son. She wanted the money in her name sent to her house. The generosity of readers wasn't enough for the mother. She wanted another article because they just didn't make enough money on the first article. The family didn't need the money because the son was being treated at no cost to the family.
Attorneys for Mr. Jackson added that the complaining family had used a Los Angeles Newsman to assist in fund-raisers where the collected money had then disappeared.
Among the most explosive issue is the fact that there was no DNA of the accuser found on Jackson’s mattress.
Another explosive revelation made was the fact that the accuser’s mother has been depositing welfare checks into her new husband’s account. The problem with this is that he makes $80,000 a year. She was also receiving child support payments from the accuser’s biological father. There is an issue as to whether her receiving welfare checks constitutes welfare fraud. One certainly would not need a welfare check if they are married to someone who makes $80,000 a year.
The defense attorneys informed the court that the accuser’s mother had coached her children to create stories in the past and stated that the prosecution was ignoring the fact that the same thing was happening in this case.
Other statements made by the accuser’s mother that were mentioned in court include her claim that she was falsely imprisoned at Neverland and then admitted to returning numerous times as well as her assertion that she was falsely imprisoned at a hotel where she, apparently, went on a shopping spree and more all paid for by Michael Jackson.
Beginning February 14 2003 Los Angeles Department of Children & Family Services ran an independent investigation on the accusing family after the alleged abduction began. The mother and kids had nothing but wonderful things to say about Jackson.
Not one mention of being held hostage or threatened…or being conspired against…or being shown porn…or being given alcohol…or anything else. Mother confirmed that her kid has never slept in the same bed as Jackson.
The mother was threatening to go to the tabloids and make up stories about Jackson as early as January 2003. Saying, I'm gonna go to the tabloids. I'm gonna cause problems. Didn't alleged child abuse back then. Just said I'm gonna come up with some stories and make things look bad for you.
She apparently wanted a house. She was being put up in an apartment sponsored by Michael Jackson. She wanted more money and more things. Later published reports also claimed that the mother wanted a house from Jackson in a town near Neverland Ranch. She also requested that Jackson make her children stars and was angry that she didn’t get paid for her son’s appearance in the Bashir “documentary”.
First, the family wasn’t “dirt poor”. They had already been getting help from a number of celebrities and was having “thousands of dollars” raised for them through the comedy club The Laugh Factory. She was also getting child support payments from the biological father as well as checks from the welfare system.
What’s also telling is Jackson’s defense team brought out in court that, as a result of their investigation, they found out the mother began hiring civil attorneys in JANUARY 2000. Why, you ask? It turns out that she was trying to seek a “settlement” for molestation allegations from Jackson. The only problem with that story is that neither she nor her children had even met Jackson yet! They didn’t meet until AUGUST 2000 according, to her own sworn testimony.
According to an official statement/sworn declaration that the mother gave to the Santa Barbara Sheriff’s department and district attorney, she retained an attorney and investigator in January 2000 for the sole purpose of finding out information about Michael Jackson and settling with him. They met Michael in August 2000. She settlement concerning Michael Jackson before she even knew him?
According to the memo, Sneddon drove to Los Angeles and met alone with the mother of the alleged victim in a parking lot behind a federal building. The memo goes on to say that Sneddon took pictures of the office of a private investigator who worked for Mr. Jackson. The memo claims that Mr. Sneddon handled all these matters by himself, without the presence of a law enforcement officer or an investigator.
Defense attorney Thomas Mesereau Jr. countered that all the materials seized were legal. In the case of the magazine with the prints, he said evidence will show Jackson took it away from his accuser and locked it up.
The defense maintains that fingerprints belonging to Jackson's
accuser found on at least one pornographic magazine seized in the
star's bedroom were placed on the publication during the grand jury
hearings.
In November the DA informed the family of a state victim's fund
that would provide them with financial compensation if they went
through with the criminal case. He met with the accuser's mother in
an empty parking lot giving her the necessary paperwork to apply for
the fund. Isn't that taking his role of DA a bit too far?

More Ammo for the Defense; The Accuser’s Brother’s Inconsistent Molestation Accounts
With the accuser’s sister struggling under defense attorney Tom Mesereau’s intense cross examination, and at the end of her three day appearance on the stand, the sister's tales have wavered. Thus, now more than ever before the next sibling in line to take the stand, the accuser’s younger brother’s accounts stands crucial. However providing the defense with more ammunition to tear down the entire family’s credibility, the brother’s statements are contradictory and inconsistent when compared with his testimonies given to a grand jury earlier on during the Jackson trial and interviews given to numerous other investigators.
The accuser’s younger brother now aged fourteen, who is the sole witness to two accounts of molestation on his brother, gave an interview to psychologist Stanley Katz in May 2003, referred to by the family’s lawyer Larry Feldman. He said he witnessed Jackson place his left hand on his brother’s crotch over his pajamas. Then in July, in the first of a series of interviews given to sheriff’s investigators the brother said he saw Jackson’s right hand “jacking off” and also witnessed the pop stars erect penis at which point Jackson was allegedly masturbating. Come August, in an interview given to police the brother states that Jackson’s hand was inside his elder brother’s boxer shorts.
All the left hand – right hand and different attire worn by the accuser was witnessed by the brother in a matter of approximately a minute during early hours of the morning with low illumination and, while setting off a sensor alarm when approaching Jackson’s bedroom. The boy claims the alarm was “really low” since the bottom floor door was closed which defeats the sole purpose of having an alarm system to notify of presence in the first place.
It seems though that the charges brought against Jackson whether acts of or attempted molestation are somewhat selective. The accuser’s younger brother further stated to Dr Stan Katz that once while riding a golf cart at Jackson’s Neverland Ranch, Jackson placed his hand over the boy’s crotch while Jackson was seated to his right. However, at the grand jury the boy stated, that Jackson placed his hand over his leg “close” to his private area. When questioned by prosecutor Zonen how close to the private area, the boy replied “About a couple of inches. But he wasn't touching it”. Jackson is not charged with this alleged incident.
Let’s pave the way for the accuser himself now. His accounts waver just like his siblings despite the fact that he is allegedly claiming Jackson molested him a numerous times. In the same chronological series of interviews given, July 7th the accuser told investigators Jackson took his hands and placed it over the entertainer’s private parts over his clothes (although his sibling’s witness was the other way round – Jackson’s hand on his brother’s crotch!). In an interview given to the police in August the boy states he can’t recall any acts of inappropriate touching and when questioned about whether Jackson made him do anything he stated “I don’t know. I don’t think he did”.
But, when it came to the grand jury testimony, the boy’s tales shifted considerably and seemed to be more decisive. When questioned by prosecutors on whether he touched Jackson, the boy stated that although Jackson wanted him to he refused and pulled his hand away against Jackson’s wishes. For this alleged incident, Jackson was charged with a felony count of attempting to commit a lewd act upon a child. In his closing statement to grand jurors, prosecutor Zonen claimed that while the incident wasn't "even attempted, it's actually completed child molestation," prosecutors were "going to give Mr. Jackson the benefit of the doubt on that one" and only charge him with an attempted lewd act.

about details of the case.
The sister conceded during cross examination by Jackson's attorney

"So you'd lie about certain things and tell the truth about certain

woman. "Yeah," she softly replied.

From [Positive Voices 4 MJJ] Jackson Defense: Accuser's DNA Not Found
Date: Tue, 01 Mar 2005 19:01:52 -0000
SANTA MARIA, Calif. - Authorities investigating allegations of child
molestation against Michael Jackson found no DNA from his accuser
when they searched the pop star's bedroom, his attorney told the
jury Tuesday.
The lack of such evidence shows the molestation claims are false,
Thomas Mesereau Jr. said as he continued an opening statement,
countering the case laid out Monday by District Attorney Tom
Sneddon.
Mesereau attacked the credibility of the accuser's mother and
depicted the now-15-year-old boy and his brother as troublemakers
while at Jackson's Neverland Ranch, where the molestation allegedly
happened.
The attorney said the mother was using the criminal charges to build
a civil case in order to get a financial payoff.
Mesereau said the woman's attorney, Larry Feldman, had a lunch with
CNN program host Larry King in which Feldman said of the woman, "She
wants money."
Feldman also represented a boy who accused Jackson of molestation in
1993. That boy received a multimillion-dollar settlement from
Jackson and no charges were filed.
The defense attorney also addressed allegations that Jackson showed
sexually explicit images and gave alcohol to his accuser and his
brother, saying Jackson once caught the boy reading his magazines
and took them away and locked them in a briefcase.
The boys also memorized security codes and codes used to start
amusement park rides at Neverland so they had the run of the ranch
when Jackson was away and could get into Jackson's bedroom without
permission, Mesereau said.
At one point a ride operator found the boys at the top of a Ferris
Wheel they had started, and they were throwing things at elephants
in Jackson's zoo and at people, Mesereau said.
Of the alcohol allegations, Mesereau said the boys "were caught
intoxicated, they were caught with bottles. Mr. Jackson was nowhere
around."
From [Positive Voices 4 MJJ] Michael Jackson Portrayed As The Victim!!
Date: Tue, 01 Mar 2005 12:23:00 -0000
Defense attorney Thomas Mesereau Jr., in his opening statement to the
jury, said the family of the boy Jackson is accused of molesting had
a history of asking celebrities - including Jay Leno and comedian
George Lopez - for money, ostensibly for the boy's cancer treatment.
However, the defense claims that the family was fully insured, and
that the money was instead used by the boy's mother for her own needs
and desires.
When the family was able to connect with Jackson, Mesereau said, they
had found their mark for a shakedown.
"He took a lot of time away from his career to help this child and
help his family, never knowing that the trap was being set," Mesereau
said.
The defense also told jurors that the accuser's mother had claimed in
an earlier lawsuit and during divorce proceedings that she had been
falsely imprisoned and assaulted.

Defense Opening Statement Resumes
8.30 am Tuesday, defense attorney Thomas Mesereau resumed his fiery opening argument. The attorney said that Jackson would tell the jury that the accuser although at first seemed well behaved, later ran amok at Neverland Ranch misbehaving, sneaking into Jackson’s bedroom, looking at porn and drinking wine.
He went on to state that many of the days as outlined by the prosecution, during which alleged abuse took place, Jackson “wasn’t even near the place” and quizzed the absurdity of the pop star preying on the teenage boy after the” Living With Michael Jackson” documentary aired which invited heavy scrutiny upon Jackson and even sparked investigation from a family services department.
Mesereau on many occasions during his statement hinted on the possibility of Jackson taking the stand. One time, addressing the explicit material found in the entertainer’s bedroom, he said, "Mr. Jackson will freely admit that he does read girly magazines from time to time." Yet at no time did Jackson show these to children rather kept them locked in a briefcase. In another instance Mesereau stated that “Michael Jackson would tell you that”, he eventually grew suspicious of the family’s increasingly bizarre behavior when one time the mother said that they should all pray together with “Daddy Michael”.
Highlighting the accuser’s mother’s scheming ways, Tom Mesereau said that the woman deposited illegally obtained welfare checks into an account opened by her then boyfriend now husband, Jay Jackson who is an army reserves major earning $ 8,000 a month. Countering Sneddon's claim that the woman was not seeking money from Jackson, Mesereau said that he will prove that her lawyer, Larry Feldman, told CNN's Larry King (during a lunch) that "she wants money." Continuing his portrayal of the woman, Mesereau said that, on numerous occasions she had the opportunity to contact law enforcement officials had she felt threatened or unsafe yet took no such action.
Concluding his compelling statement, Tom Mesereau stated that Jackson was the naïve victim of an elaborate scheme to extort money, that there was no DNA evidence to suggest that any abuse took place and that the defense is extremely confident that once all evidence is introduced to the jury, that the jurors “are going to find Michael Jackson absolutely not guilty of any of this”.
The jurors were shown the forty-five minute “Living With Michael Jackson” documentary which was followed by the interviewee of the program, Martin Bashir taking the stand as the prosecution’s first witness.
Source: Reuters/thesmokinggun.com/MJJForum
Martin Bashir Takes Stand, Jury Views TV Documentary
On the second day after the start of the Jackson trial, the prosecution called its first witness: Martin Bashir, the man behind 2003’s TV documentary "Living With Michael Jackson." The documentary, showing the accuser with Mr. Jackson, was shown after defense attorney Thomas Mesereau Jr. finished an opening statement in which he suggested the entertainer may testify and said authorities found no DNA evidence in the entertainer's bedroom to support the charges. However, Mr. Jackson is not on the defense witness list.
As the jurors watched on a large screen in the hushed courtroom, some leaned forward in their seats, a few smiled or laughed when Mr. Jackson said humorous things, and a few bobbed their heads along with Jackson's music. Some smiled when the video showed Mr. Jackson singing "smile while your heart is breaking" as he left a hotel. The documentary shows Mr. Jackson racing go-carts and climbing trees, as well as teaching Bashir how to "moonwalk."
After the jurors watched the documentary, Bashir was questioned by defense attorney Thomas Mesereau, but his attorney repeatedly invoked California's shield law for reporters and the First Amendment, saying that as a journalist Bashir did not have to answer questions about unpublished materials. Bashir refused to answer about 30 times
Mr. Jackson appeared agitated when Bashir was on the stand, at one point putting out his arms as if to tell him to speak up. Bashir was testifying in a near-whisper.
As Mr. Jackson left court, reporters asked him how he was feeling. He said "good," then added "angry." He thanked reporters and walked away.
Court is adjourned until tomorrow.

The Opening Statements in the Jackson Trial
The Defense
Defense attorney Thomas Mesereau noting that it was an
honor to represent Jackson did an excellent job
portraying the accusing family as scams, the accuser’s
mother as an opportunist using her son’s illness as
means of extorting money off a host of celebrities
(Jay Leno, comedian George Lopez and an actress who
appeared in the television show ‘The Fresh Prince of
Bel-Air’) as well as counteracting statements made by
Sneddon in his statement read earlier on.
Mesereau reeling off a list of financial scams brought
forth by Janet Arvizo or now Janet Jackson (the
accuser’s mother) in his own admission “goes on and
on” recounted to the jury of a numerous incidents
where the woman tried to extort money off celebrities
and at failed attempts threw frivolous law suits at
these celebrities. Some of these celebrities refused
to pay heed to the woman's plea for financial support
while Jackson was sympathetic towards the then cancer
stricken accuser's plight.
In one instance the accusers mother received $ 20,000
from one comedian claiming the funds would be used for
her son although she went ahead and spent the money to
bask in TVs, CDs, and home entertainment systems. The
woman also once spoke with 'The Tonight Show' host Jay
Leno over the telephone who later denounced the
woman’s requests for financial support and told the
Santa Barbara police that the woman was looking for “a
mark”. The accuser’s mother also approached
celebrities like Mike Tyson, Jim Carrey, and Adam
Sandler. But, Mesereau noted, "The best known
celebrity became their mark, Michael Jackson."
Dispelling the prosecutions assertions of Neverland,
Mesereau went on to say, "We will prove that Neverland
is not a haven for criminal acts, a lure for
molestation, a magnet for crime." The singer's
intentions toward the teenage accuser were honorable,
Mesereau said, noting that Jackson took time from his
career to help the child, unaware that "a trap was
set" for him by the boy's family. In describing the
kind of help Jackson provided when the child was ill,
Mesereau said the performer counseled the boy to
visualize that he was playing Pac-Man and that cancer
cells were being gobbled up.
Mesereau also referred to a newly added witness to the
defense list but an extremely strong one none the
less, who worked as a paralegal for the lawyer
representing the family in the JC Penney case, another
one of the family’s financial settlements. The witness
claims that the mother fabricated her allegations in
this particular civil case and that she was hesitant
to come forward because the mother once laid threats
stating that she has relatives in the Mexican Mafia.
The defense attorney also questioned the logic in
molesting the young boy after the damning documentary
was aired after which the pop star was under intense
public scrutiny challenging perhaps the timeline of
the abuse also. He also went on to dispel hostage
stories by the mother stating that the guest house in
which the family was apparently held against their
will was also incidentally the suite requested
personally by Elizabeth Taylor and Marlon Brando upon
visits to Jackson's Neverland Ranch. The family's
exorbitant shopping sprees under Jackson's account
while allegedly being held hostage was also
pin-pointed by the defense attorney.
Mesereau's statement was halted at the end of session
late Monday afternoon but will be continued at 8.30 am
Tuesday.

New MJJF eNews Feature ... Bridging The Gap
Fresh off the heels of the ILLEGAL release of the grand jury transcripts to "The Smoking Gun" website, MJJForum will be examining the information with meticulous care and comparing it to what has been reported in the media regarding the accusing family's claims against Mr. Michael Jackson.
"Bridging The Gap..." is a new feature commentary section of MJJForum's eNews and will be included in the mailings periodically.
Thus far into the endeavor, many inconsistencies have already been spotted within and between testimonies given by Mr. Jackson's accuser, the boy's siblings, and their mother. Timelines are sketchy, prosecutor questions are leading, and witness responses are at times uncertain, incoherent, and implausible. As one staff member put it, this collectively amounts to a "canyon of reasonable doubt."
Kicking off this section will be a brief examination of testimony given by the accuser's brother in front of a Santa Barbara grand jury on March 29, 2004. He shall be referred to as "James Doe." As you may already know, the 14-year old is said to be the sole witness to at least two acts of molestation Mr. Jackson is alleged to have committed against the boy's older brother "John."
During the boy's appearance in front of the grand jury, he alleged a series of occurrences that supposedly transpired between himself, his brother, and siblings of Frank Tyson, one of the unindicted participants of a purported conspiracy against the accusing family. James' most compelling testimony comes when he relayed what he claims he witnessed Mr. Jackson doing to the boy's brother.
When asked by Santa Barbara District Attorney Thomas Sneddon about when he stopped sleeping in Mr. Jackson's bedroom, James breaks into long narrative, with almost all of the divulged information not even instigated by further questioning. James said that as he was approaching the bedroom door, an alarm went off and that the door was "barely locked." He made his way into the bedroom and found his brother asleep with Mr. Jackson touching him. James described the positions of both his brother and the singer in bed, and added that there had been vodka and two glasses on a night table. Additionally, he stated that the only lights on in the room were the ones for the stairway that lead up to the second floor. It was from this stairway that James claims he witnessed it all not once, but twice.
Since the onset of this case, we have repeatedly heard from certain figures from the 1993 period, who have told the public that the pop star had these alarms specifically to alert him as to when people are approaching his room, so he would stop his illicit touching of boys. If that theory is to be believed, how then can anyone explain James' ability to make his way past this system and into the room without alerting Mr. Jackson? According to the boy's testimony, the alarm cannot be heard when the door leading upstairs to the bedroom is closed. So what exactly is the point of the alarm system if Mr. Jackson cannot hear it when the door is closed?
In concluding his testimony for the day, James was asked a number of questions, which in turn received bizarre responses. When asked by District Attorney Sneddon if he thought Mr. Jackson could see him from where he stood at the stairway, James said, "No, because it was below the bed."
Below the bed?
The boy added that though he was "below the bed," he could "still see" what was going on, but that Mr. Jackson could not see him. James also stated that he watched the first act of molestation for "probably five seconds, six seconds" and the second act for "three, four seconds."
This, together with the lack of illumination in the room, has left many perplexed. How was it that the boy was able to witness all that he claimed to have seen within those few short seconds, without any lights on in the room, and while he was "below the bed"?
Amazingly, not one question came from the grand jury. The 19-membered panel was probably as confused as those reading the testimony, which, no thanks to the prosecutor, jumped all over the place with regard to incidents and the time period during which they took place.
The above is merely a preview of things to come. This section of MJJForum's eNews will be entirely based on information made public by the press, the Internet, and courtroom revelations over the course of this trial.
We at MJJForum believe that knowledge is indeed power, and we will continue to do our due diligence in disseminating factual information regarding Mr. Jackson and the child molestation case against him.

Michael Jackson’s Accuser Claimed Parents also Abused Him
The boy accusing Michael Jackson of child molestation had previously accused both of his parents of abuse. It has been recently revealed that he also has a history of changing his story concerning abuse claims.
At the age of seven the accuser became sick at school but became very upset when a school official tried to call his mother. He said his mother had beaten him and he was afraid she would beat him again if she were notified, according to Russell Halpern, the attorney for the accuser’s father.
Recently revealed documents show that Family Services had started an investigation into alleged abuse of the boy by the parents in 1996. But, the boy recanted what he had said earlier to the school official, stating that he had never been beaten by either parent. Therefore, the allegations were declared “unfounded.”
The accuser and his siblings, including a younger brother who is also a prosecution witness in the case against Jackson, have other instances where they have changed their stories.
One apparently suspicious testimony given by the accuser and his siblings occurred when the mother claimed that she was beaten and sexually abused by a JC Penney’s security guard after a shoplifting incident. Her children backed her story. Although a defense psychiatrist called their statements “clearly rehearsed testimony.”
The next year, police were called to the family’s home during the parent’s bitter divorce. Without their mother present, Jackson’s accuser and his siblings told a social worker that they had witnessed “no hitting, just yelling and not a lot of yelling” by the father over the years.
However, days later, with their mother present, the children changed their story. Instead they claimed they were subjected to daily beatings from their father that included punching, kicking, breaking bones, holding their mother's head under water and constant threats to kill them all.
