| Therapeutic Table Massage Swedish: A Western approach which uses slow, gliding strokes to increase circulation, reduce stress, and relieve sore aching muscles. This technique creates a deep sense of relaxation and well-being. Deep Tissue: Deep strokes which focus on muscles, ligaments, tendons and fascia to remove toxins from soft tissue and release chronic patterns of tension or stress. Prenatal Massage : Similar to Swedish massage, but with a focus on relieving tension and discomfort associated with pregnancy. Comfort and care are primary concerns of this type of massage. Hot Stone Massage - hot smooth stones are used on the body in both static and moving through areas of tension. The heat soaks into your muscles provided a deep level of relaxation. |
