to bloom in Heaven'
Mum Joanne (33) Emma (4) & Phoebe (2) pictured with sister Lily (13 months)
Tragically, on February 3rd 2004 at Webster Mews, Healing, near Grimsby, Lincs. the bodies of mother Joanne Catley (33) and two of her daughters Emma Hicks (4) and Phoebe Hicks (2) were discovered together in the kitchen of their home.
It was quickly established that they had been murdered, knifed to death and left to die.
A few miles away a car had been found abandoned near the Humber Bridge with a baby girl left inside.
Police soon found the body of a man, the baby's father Richard Hicks at the bottom of the bridge where he had apparently jumped to his death.
It soon came to light that the father of baby Lily (13 months) had murdered his estranged partner and their two daughters at their home, then drove with Lily to the Humber Bridge were he decided to take his own life.
Nobody knows why baby Lily was spared, but she is left with no parents or sisters. The community is in deep shock and sadness at the loss of such a wonderful and caring mother and two precious daughters.

This webpage is in memory of this wonderful mother and her two children, May they never be forgotten and their souls rest in Heavenly peace.

Please sign the guestbook on this page to the families & friends of this beautiful family.
May God bless them all.
