I'm going to put together a scrapbook to send to Brian. It will be sent to him for the 4th anniversary of his heart surgery in May 2002. You can send in just about anything for the scrapbook. Some suggestions are stories about how Brian has influenced/helped you, thank-yous to Brian, letters to Brian, pictures, and poems. Entries can be handwritten or typed. Handwriting the entry makes it more personal, however, it should be legible. If handwritten entries are not legible, Helping Healthy Hearts will type them. If we cannot read it to re-type it, we will write to the author and ask them to re-write the entry more legibly or to type it. If this is not done, the entry will be turned away and will not be put in the scrapbook. For every page that you intend to have published in the scrapbook, please send $5. All entries received MUST have the money enclosed in the envelope with it. No excuses. It simply must be there at the time that I receive the entry. If it isn't, you will be sent a note asking for the payment to be sent out by a set date. If it is not, the entry will be sent back to the author. It may be resubmitted so long as the money is sent with it. If for some reason your entry is turned away, your money will be refunded. I also ask that you print out the form at the bottom of the page and mail that along with your entry. It is VERY important that you do that. If you would like to participate, you can start sending entries on December 6, 2001. As this scrapbook is going to be sent for the anniversary in May, all entries MUST be received by April 1, 2002. Here's my policy on late entries: I will look at them. If I find one that I touches me or that I think is really something that should be included, and the book is not finished being compiled, I will put it in. Otherwise, I will simply hold on to it. I hope to make a scrapbook every so often to give more people the chance to say something to Brian. If there are late entries, I will file them away for the next scrapbook. All of the money sent in with the entries will be donated to the Brian Littrell Healthy Heart Club for Kids. No exceptions. However, if anyone would like to contribute money to help pay for the binder(s) to put the entries in and for shipping it to Brian, it would be much appreciated. Once again, please send me an e-mail first and also please put a note in the envelope with the money saying that you want it to help pay for the binder(s) and shipping costs. Thank you!
