Okay, so this is me .. a thrill aminute hmm? Recently I was informed I looked somewhat "insane" in that picture and was asked *what were you thinking*?? Now, being the paranoid type I have honestly been tryin to remember what indeed I *was* thinking in that picture to no avail. Anyway, for those who do think I look insane, I offer yet another picture of me, this one a bit more recent. Please do let me know if I look any more or less sane in this one.

Here's the rest of my family, my 100# lap dog Jayne , Jessie, my cat Woo Two, and my gelding Cajun. These guys keep me sane, altho some would argue that point. (See above)

My friends are the most valuable thing to me. Seems here lately alot of folks are concerned that they haven't made it "ON" my page. I wanted to take a minute to explain this phenomenon. The folks who mean so much to me who haven't appeared here, haven't for a variety of reasons.. some because they value their privacy and I respect this, some because I can't put into writing what I want to about them (for legal and moral reasons) and some simply because I don't have a picture (yes, Corey that *is* a hint).. but I love them all, miss those I have fallen out of contact with and wish them all the best, wherever they are, everyday.

And in saying that :).. meet some of the most remarkable folks alive, folks who put up with me and allow me to call them my friends.

Melissa left me all alone at work about a year ago. Seems she prefered to marry Murf and move away to live in Virginia. Alas, I miss her but it gives me a good excuse to travel :). We still have the same brain and some similar tastes, here's a picture of us from the Christmas parade a few years back... you would not belive the comments two women in horns get on a public street :)

For those of you who have known me a while, this is the "friend" I cuss, discuss and try to figure out. Obviously I didn't figure him out all that well cause after 13 years we called it quits. It's been a year now, some days it feels like only yesterday.. most days this was a lifetime ago.

A Texan to the core who has been stuck in New York at some lil ole military academy for the past few years, Jeff has changed my views, opened my eyes and made me realize that pink bubbles are not always a good thing. Our paths don't cross as much as they once did but he will be forever a man I admire, lean on and call my friend, love you and miss you Jeff.

One of my favorite people here at UGA, Kevin is my buddy, my pal and a damned good dancer on top of it all. Take a look at Kev's page and let us both know what you think about it. Oh, and by the way ladies, he is single and a heck of a lot of fun to be around.

One of my dearest friends recently opened a shop up in the frozen northlands. He has some spectacular pieces reflecting his magnificent taste (afterall he did pick me to befriend). After looking at this web site, I told him I wanted it all. Course, isn't that what *most* women say??? :)

Dragon recently came thru Athens for dinner. He semi-posed for a few pictures with me n meL. Now he's moved half way cross the country and is showing off a gold band. Congratulations ya'll.. sorry I couldn't be with you for the big day. Dragon adopted me as his *mother* way back when and is threatening to make a "grandmother" outta me. He has also promised pictures of his lovely bride and I am holding out for those, so keep an eye out for updates!. For grins here's another picture of Dragon, an older picture .. don't ask.. its best if we dont :)

Cowboy has put up with me for goin on 5 years now, so he figured it was about time he sent me a picture.. or 3 :).. nice car Cowboy, when you coming to take me for a drive??? Jerrod moved north to join a lovely lady and they appear *real* happy, don't they??? Thank you Jerrod, you have been my shoulder more times than you realize..

And another friend from the net that I almost feel like I have known most of his adult life :).. CajunCowboy. Okay ladies not only is he gorgeous but he is also sweet, adorable, thoughtful, funny, caring and intelligent. Did I mention that hes also single?? WAIT! Newsflash.. I think hes taken (again) but by a woman who makes him smile and laugh and very happy this time. Good luck ya'll. Until I have time to remove an unwanted portion of this picture, hes the one on the right. :)Love ya Leelee..

I can go on forever talking bout the folks I have met, the friends I have made.. but for now I will pause.. come find me.. on Asylum ... and look for Francis...

Asylum, as its name seems to indicate, is a crazy place where I spend some time..okay alot of time.. okay, at times I have lived there, happy now~!? Those of you who have known me a while are familiar with my cries of "The net is EVIL", yet, I have made some great friends and forged some great friendships among the folks I have met over the past few years.

We even had a party... some of the Asylumtype folks gathered in the summer of 1996. The pictures have disappeared into the cybervoid of Aikos old account but we have high hopes that they will be brought to life again one day. You can check out Murf's page'o Asylum folks to see some of the folks I hang out with. Speaking of Murf... here's a cute picture of Murf and meL from Christmas a few years back.

After *many* hours of the clueless leading the blind around in circles, I have my machine at work working as a server. I recently put my resume and portfolio online. By the way, I am a closet Bulldawg.. *GOOOOO DAWGS*, yes we do bleed red and black around here. Apparently the Dawgs games are going live on the internet this fall.. give it a listen, might prove to be interesting.

The University of Georgia campus is gorgeous, either that or I am seriously biased. I work as a research assistant for the Animal Science department in the College of Agriculture. I currently work in meat and muscle biology altho my first love is, and will forever be, equine research. I was hired here working with horses but somehow over the course of about 10 years, the focus on equine research switched and now I am left chopping up dead (okay at *least* they are dead) cows and hogs.. anyone hiring???

Big news, we are getting a new building. Course they have been talkin bout it since *I* was a student here, so I will belive it when I see it, but you can keep up with its progress here. Think I will get a corner office??? :)
