First of all, thank you so very much for coming here and finding out about me. :-) I'm just going to start out at the beginning.

As you all know, my name is Kate. I have a few nicknames: Katie, Katie Loopey, and Kates. (Even Katherine when I'm getting yelled at.) A few of my screen names consist of Juliet, Kayfa, Katia and plain old Katie.
I'm 15 years old, and I'm a Christian. For all who don't know what that means, it means that I believe that Jesus died for me and loves me. He's living in my heart, and I'm doing my best to live the way He did, and I try to serve Him in all I do.
I went to a Christian
School from Kindergarten to eighth grade. (I'm known to be dramatic.) I now go to Bemidji High School where I am a sophomore. It's better than being a freshman. Much, MUCH better. I'm in the varsity band, playing the flute. I love that. I play in the pep band too, which is a blast. (Although when the games go late I fall into strange converstations with fellow band geeks...but I won't go there.) I'm not a singer. At all. It's not that I have a bad voice...I just don't like using it in front of people. (I'm shy...)
A few of my interests
include reading, writing, music and talking on the internet (and on the phone). I basically suck at math. I hate, hate hate algebra. It's my nemisis. It's impossible for me to get an A in that class. Yeesh. Geometry's better, I guess. At least I understand the junk. But music is just about the favorite
thing in my life. I love classical, romantic, baroque, pop, alternative,
acoustic, etc. etc. Lately I'm getting into swing music. Benny Goodman is 'da man. I play piano and love it. I just started teaching piano lessons this past year, and that's fun, too.
I have 4 little brothers
and sisters, who are mostly ok. I'd give almost anything to have
an older sibling, especially a brother. I'm the oldest of 16 cousins,
too. It's fun, but just once...but I'm rambling again. :) Well, that's enough

I also admit that I'm a "Balehead". Christian Bale is my fave actor. The first time I saw him my jaw just dropped. He's not only gorgeous, but extremely talented and seems like a very caring person. Just had to stick that in there. :-)
