  • How safe are online purchases?
    You are only placing an order, there is no actual transaction over the internet, so you are not in any danger whatsoever of a transaction "going wrong".
  • Why do the prices seem so cheap?
    Because we operate an online presence, we do not have the costs and overheads involved in a physical shop. We do not pay rent, water, electricity, rates, insurance or extra staff.
    The money that we save by cutting out these costs is passed onto you, our loyal customer.
  • How will I pay for my items?
    All deliveries or collections will be on a strictly COD (Cash on Delivery) basis.
  • What if I'm not satistfied, or the item is the wrong size?
    As long as the item you purchased is unused and has it's original packaging, we will exchange it for the correct item. We cannot accept used items.
  • How long will I have to wait to get my order?
  • Do you fix broken tack?
    Yes, we will carry out repairs to your tack or equipment to your satisfaction.
