waterLiving Water

"If any one thirst, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the scripture has said, 'Out of his heart shall flow rivers of living water'" (John 7:37,38)

Are you ready to give your life to Jesus? if so, say this prayer, and mean it in your heart:

Lord Jesus Christ,
I know you died on the cross for my sins and I want You to be the Lord of my Life; now, and forever in heaven.
Please forgive me for the many ways I have sinned against You and for my selfish way of living.
Please Lord come into my life now as my Lord and Saviour.
Wash me clean, fill me with Your Spirit; and with Your help I will learn to love and obey you as the Lord of my life.
Thank you for forgiving me and bringing me back to God.

Have you pursued success with all its trappings only to find there's still an aching void inside you? If so, come to Jesus. He's the only "thirst quencher" who can truly satisfy the longing of your soul. Listen: ". . . Whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst . . . " (Jn 4:14) You don't need more things; you just need a relationship with Him! Why don't you put your trust in Him today? You've trusted in others and been disappointed. You've loved others and been rejected.

But this promise is from Somebody Who doesn't lie. Come to Him and He'll end the drought in your heart. He'll quench your thirst with living water. You say, "Who are you talking about?" Jesus! His arms are open wide, His voice is calm, and His wisdom is sure. He's more than a weekly visit to church. He's more than a historical perspective in a leather-bound book we call the Bible. When He steps from the pages of His Word into the emptiness of your life, nothing will never be the same again. Your past will be a clean slate, your future will be an open door that leads to life.

Why don't you read the prayer in the box on the left, and pray the prayer of commitment to Him today?

If you have prayed this prayer, meaning it sincerely, then God has saved you from your sins (see Romans 10:9) and He has made you a new person (see 2 Corinthians 5:17)

If you do not belong to a local church, you should look for one you with Christians you can trust, who love Jesus and will pray and study the Bible with you.

Whether or not you already belong to a church it is important to get your own Bible that is written in words you can easily understand.
