Dear Madame/Sir, I would like to seize this opportunity to congratulate you on your wonderful Rottweilers, they are really great. I'm writing to you from Cairo, Egypt, inquiring about the dogs you breed; their history, qualifications and their prices. Also, can you train them for customers, and whether you can ship a dog to Cairo, Egypt. I am looking for an exceptionally big working rotweiller for house protection. In addition, I would like to inquiry about availability of training programs and their prices. Best Regards, Mohamed Elgawahergy.

I can't imagine having a more wonderful dog in my life. She is one busy little girl. The breeder says that she will be a small Rottie weighing aprox. 75-85lbs. She has just turned 7mo. old and now weighs 69lbs. I think it is a disgrace for the breed a out how people have tried to ruin this beautiful animal. If they only new what a joy they are to have around. Thanks for letting me see your website. Signing off, never alone with a Rottie in the house!!

.Hello, hope you are having a good week. I own the most perfect and most loved hman on four legs - my Rottweiler ALEX who is 8 and 1/2 months old. He is my friend and family. I have no partner or children but have always been more patient with the four legged kin because they give so much more in return and you know they WILL be there for you when others won't. I am 44 years old and have spent a large portion of it whith German Shepherds which are just as magnificent in many ways. But something drew me to this b eathtaking breed as if i had no control in the decision making. I had heard that Rottweilers make the best, BAR NONE, protection dogs and since i live alone on a farm far from what i am used to i began to look into the breed. Within a short time i was con inced this breed was made just for me but was put off again and again by what many peole kept telling me about their bad reputaion for attacking people and children in particular. I was so confused, but more frightened of living alone on a 5 and 1/2 acre farm. There was no way in the world i could afford to pay for a blue blood bedause i was/am out of work due to problems with my hands. Regardless, i was mesmerised by this proud and perfect breed to the point where one day i way driving down the road on y way to visit my mum and dad, brothers and sisters and i saw i sign on the road saying 'Rotties for sale'. I had to pull over and have a look. I was escorted to the back yard where i saw what looked like little angels running around everywhere, there we e at least 8 or 9 of them, one more beautiful than the other. And then, as you would have it, THE PARTING OF THE RED SEA, i saw ALEX and he saw me. I don't who picked who first but i know we were fighting to kiss each other and hug each other. His hame as in my head the moment i touched him. HE WAS AND IS BREATHTAKINGLY MESMERISING. I was told i could not have him because someone else had seen him first and asked for him and that the person was coming to pik him up that same evening. I told the owner o the litter not to worry because the guy will never show up, he asked how can you be so sure, i said i just know this boy is meant to be with me. Sure enough the guy did not show and after scraping and borrowing i paid $150 and i got to take home my new baby ALEX. We have been inseperable since. The little money i had put aside for a rainy day went to microchiping, all the necessary shots, worm and heart worm tablets, new and SAFE toys to play with and more of the above. I could afford to pay for papers nor did it bother me for all i wanted was my boy. He was six weeks old at the time and the biggest happiest and most alert in the litter no to mention the leader of the pack. Please forgive me i get carried away. When he was about 13 weeks old he got a s re leg (rear right leg). I took him to my vet and she said, long srory short, he may have hip displesia. After everything turned black and then bright yellow around me i found myslf crying helplessly in front of a vet i had only ment briefly twice before for my boys' shots and tablets. Nice as she is she explained he was too young for x--rays as his bones were still mostly cartliage and the machine could not accurately detect HD. She gave me pain killers asked me to confine him to very little movement un il he showed improvement. He got beter and time passed. Several moths ago i had to go and take care of my mother for two weeks after heart surgery and of course i took my baby with me. The problem with that is that mums and dads yard is ompletely tiled nd they are SLIPPERY. When playing with ALEX i noticed on several occassions he slipped/did the spitz, once with hs rear legs and once with his front legs. I did not make much of it until i noticed him limping slightly when i took him for his regular wa d twice a day. The limp became more pronounced, athough not severe, as the days passed until i stopped walking him because i did not want to make it worse whatever it was. Since then the problem has not gone away nor has it worsened. From the back, when watch him, it looks as though his right leg needs oiling. His left front leg - he just limps on it. Yet when in a playful mood he runs on all four as though nothing is wrong!!!!! i can't figure it out. My sad but unchangeable problem at present does not llow me the luxury of taking him to the vet for x-rays because they will not allow customers to pay off the fees involved. I have tried many vets and have found no addistance and unfortunately my family cannot help. I feel responsible for his uncomfortabi ity and any pain he is feeling but i can do nothing short of love him endlessly because he brings so much joy in my life for just a plate of food. I don't know if he has HD and if so i can not relieve his pain nor do i know if he will be with me much lon er if he has HD. I am overcome with guilt each passing day because i took this angel from his biological mummy and i cannot take care of him in a way i should and it is slowly killing me inside. He knows how much i love him by the way i treat him and the time we spend together and by the way he looks in my eyes and maybe that's why he is not complaining but i know he is in pain every time i see him walk. I don't know what to do to help him get better because i don't really know what it is exactly and i ca 't afford to pay to find out. IS THERE ANYTHING YOU CAN SAY OR DO TO HELP? Please excuse the length of this note but i will not leave a stone unturned if i think it may help. Sincerely Diana

I have a 2.5 year old Rottweiler called Poomba. I've had him since he was 6 weeks old and I can honestly say that he is the most gental dog I've ever had. He is very hyperactic though so I was wondering what sort of behavious most Rotty's have in genera ? Cheers

Very interesting. It just enhances my need to purchase one of these beautiful animals (or should I say add another member to the family?)

I like what you do with your site. It is really nice. My friend read it because he didn't know what dog to get so I told him to look at this site. He though Rottweilers were great dogs and bought one for his family.
