Kimmie shared this story with me: "I am an avid Winnie the Pooh lover. I know every thing there is to know about her. Yes, I said her. Winny was found in Winnapeg Canada. That is how she got her name. She was found by a Royal Canadian Mounty. She was actually a black bear. When she got to old, or should I say big to keep there on the premises, they sent her to the Royal Zoo in England were Pooh received visitors for tea every day until her death. You see the guy who found her was the brother to the guy who started writing the stories about Pooh and his son. I can't ever remember names and dates, but I have them written down somewhere. Cool story though huh?"
