In all the Guide the words "Adult delegate" will be changed to "Leader", the word "Camp" will be changed to "Village".

The activities undertaken in a Village are based on CISV GOALS AND PHILOSOPHY.

Are all the children able to participate on their own terms ?
Do they take care of the special needs of the participants ?
