General Information

I am the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of 1st American Land, a real estate developer and broker headquartered in Apex, North Carolina. I am the father of three children, Jim, Shannon, and Kevin. I am an Assistant Scoutmaster in Boy Scout Troop 820 and Assistant Cubmaster of Pack 820 in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

One of the few reasons I can think of to have a personal home page is to have one reference that you can give to people who are looking for resources on the web that you might be discussing or recommending. Special Education Law. The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and its Regulations.

Do To Learn. Great resources for teaching children with disabilities, including free picture symbols.

The Library of Congress. This site includes a link to THOMAS to obtain information on proposed laws pending in Congress.
