Please excuse my contacting you directly but I´m trying to find out why my 3 year old female has occasionaly a sudden spasm, like a violent quick shaking. Do you know if it is a knwon simtom for an specific illness? I´m doing my research all over on this but maybe you can give me a hint. I´m worried it may have to do with her nervous system, due to a lack or excess of something. I do try to keep diet, heat, humidity and the rest of in door envirome t as adecuated as possible according to main Ig care trends, but one never quite knows if something is missing. My first one(Frank),died because I got it from someone who coulden't care for it and he already had a broken tail and both of his hind legs were broken.(Yeah, I know...horrible!) He had falle off of his owners shoulder and landed on his back so he was paralized I guess. Boit-il beaucoup d'eau ? 5- Quel est son poids une fois adulte ? 6- A-t-il le sens de l'ouïe développé ? 7- A-t-il une bonne vision ? 8- Et l'odorat ? 9- Quel est son rythme cardiaque ? 10- Dort-il à des heures régulières ? Et combien d'heures dort-il ? 11- Émet-il un son (cri, chant) et si oui quand et pourquoi. 12- Peut-il demeurer immobile très longtemps ? 13- Quel est le nom exacte des "pics" qui longent son dos ? 14- Quel est le nom de la partie ronde située sur le côté de sa tête derrière la mâchoire ? Et qu'est-ce que c'est ? 15- Qu'est-ce que l'oeil pariétal ? 16- Lorsqu'on le tient entre ses mains quelle est l'impression ? Est-ce chaud, tiède, froid, rugueux ou lisse. Se débat-il ou se laisse t-il faire ? 17- Peut-on le transporter dans un sac opaque sans risquer pour sa vie. 18- Est-il indispensable qu'il soit placé sous une lampe ? 19- Quelle est sa réaction lorsqu'il a peur ? 20- Quelle est la couleur à l'intérieur de sa bouche ? 21- Quelle est la couleur de son ventre ? 22- Quelle serait sa réaction si on le placait sur plancher de marbre froid, comme à l'intérieur d'une église ? 23-Quelle est sa réaction devant les flammes (bougies par exemple) ? J'ai achete un iguane il y a environ 1 mois, c'est encore un bebe alors je me demande si c est tres long a apprivoiser. On m'avais dit que si je la manipulais un peu tous les jours ce ne serait pas long mais je la trouve encore difficile a approcher. Elle veux bien rester sur nous mais c'est de la faire sortir de son vivarium qui est plus dif icile. As-tu un truc ou bien est-ce juste un question de temps. My best friend and I have just bought a bagy iguana last thursday on an impulse, but, we had previously owned an iguana, Roma, and he lived to be 10 years old, but due to some health problems he passed away a month and a bit ago, and it was very rough But when we saw this little fella we fell in love with him and couldn't go home without him. We named him Oryan! And he is 11 1/2 inches long and we figure his is about 6 months old or so....what a cutie! I too am trying to find as much information on ig anas as well.
