A Tribute
Andrew Harvey petitioned the council to allow him $100 per annum for
future services in winding
up and regulating the City Hall clock otherwise he would have to be under
the necessity of
resigning. The matter was referred to Mr. Bywater, superintendent of the
City Hall block.
