My Ancestors

Merry Genealogy

This MERRY Family descended from Joseph Merry who immigrated to the US in the 1600's. We have not found the boat he may have arrived on but, records indicate their first child born in Rockingham, NH in 1647. I am searching for a hard link to this family.
Jerri McCoy's Site This site shows Joseph Merry married to Mary having two children in Hampton NH (Martha 1647) and (Joseph 1654). They also make reference to documents showing Joseph Merry in Haverhill, Mass (1640); Hampton, NH (1654) Occupation: Carpenter
Another good source for Merry information is David Sylvester's genealogy homepage.
My Merry's descended through Ambrose Merry. He migrated to Ohio with his father-in-law's family, the Wickham's, in 1817. Ambrose Merry is thought to be a child of Ebenezer Merry (descended through Joseph Merry lineage not Cornelius Merry).
If you have any information to help me with this linkage in my ancestry tree I would appreciate an email   send email
