Work-Related Injuries
Under Iowa law workers must report all injuries within
90 days but it is recommended that you report the injury
right away. Also, tell a co-worker or a family member.
Keep a copy of the written report. Mark the date on a
calendar.
Keep a copy of all doctor's slips, work excuses and the like.
Keep a calendar of the dates you saw the doctor or the dates
you went to physical therapy.
