Chili Nuts

Makes:  2 c. nuts

2 c. unblanched whole almonds, peanuts, or pecan halves
1 T. chili powder
1 lg. clove garlic, crushed
1/4 c. butter, chopped
Kosher salt

In a heavy skillet combine nuts, chili powder, garlic and butter.  Toss
over medium heat until nuts become crisp and lightly browned.

Sprinkle with Kosher salt and allow to cool.

Store in airtight container.
