Orange Icing ------------ 1/2 c. soft shortening 4-1/2 c. sifted confectioner's sugar 4-1/2 T. orange juice concentrate 1 t. grated orange rind Blend together soft shortening and confectioner's sugar. Stir in orange juice concentrate; mix until smooth and creamy (hand mixer is excellent for this). Add grated orange rind.
