Praline Cookies

1 c. brown sugar
1 T. flour
dash of salt
1 egg white
1-1/4 t. vanilla
2 c. pecan halves

Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.  Grease cookie sheet very well.

Break up any lumps in the sugar and mix with the flour and salt.  Beat
the egg white until stiff, but not dry.  Fold in the vanilla and pecans.
The dough should cling to the nuts.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.  Bake about 20 minutes
or until lightly browned.  Remove from cookie sheets and cool on racks.

Makes about 2 dozen.
