                           Baked Chicken Curry

   1                    chicken, cut up or
                        4-6 chicken breasts
     1/2  cup           margarine -- melted
   1      teaspoon      lemon juice
   2      cloves        garlic -- minced
   1      teaspoon      salt
   2      teaspoons     curry powder

Place chicken, skin-side down, in geased 9x13-inch baking dish.  Combine 
remaining ingredients.  Brush chicken with some of the sauce.  Bake at 
350 for 30 minutes, basting once.  Turn chicken, bake 30 minutes, basting 
with additional sauce every 10 minutes until chicken is tender.

                        chicken -- cut up
   1 1/2  cups          unseasoned bread crumbs
   1      cup           flour
   1      teaspoon      salt
   1      teaspoon      pepper
   1      tablespoon    paprika
     1/2  teaspoon      garlic powder
     1/2  teaspoon      onion powder
   2                    eggs

Mix flour, bread crumbs and spices together in medium sized paper or 
plastic bag.  Dip chicken pieces in egg then shake two or three pieces 
at a time in bag.  Put coated chicken skin side down in greased pan.  
Bake chicken at 400 for 30 minutes, then turn over, reduce heat to 350, 
and continue baking for another 20-30 minutes.
