Macaroni Salad

16 oz pkg Macaroni 1 TBS Onion flakes
2-3 eggs 1 medium cucumber
1 TBS Oleo 1 Lg pickle
¼ tsp pepper 1 cup Miracle Whip
1 tsp salt ½ cup mustard
½ cup pickle juice


1. Cook macaroni according to pkg directions, adding oleo to keep from sticking together.
2. Boil eggs.
3. Chop, cucumber, pickle and eggs.
4. Mix in Miracle Whip, mustard, pickle juice, onion flakes, salt & pepper.
5. Stir in the cooked macaroni.
6. Mix well, chill at least an hour.
7. DO NOT OMIT THE CUCUMBER! THIS IS WHAT MAKES IT SO GOOD!
