1. Brown these in a little oleo & set aside to cool: |
3/4 cup slivered almonds 3 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds |
2. Mix these in a large bowl: |
3--4 cups shredded cabbage-may include carrots & red cabbage
8 green onions-chopped |
3. Blend these together for dressing: |
3/4 cup salad oil 2 tsp. salt |
6 Tbsp. rice vinegar 1 tsp. pepper |
4 Tbsp. sugar |
4. At time of serving, break 2 pkgs. of Ramen Noodles (any flavor) over the salad, add almonds & sesame seeds. Pour on dressing and toss. |
