Yummy Potato Soup
8 - 10 Potatoes | Butter |
2 Tlb. Minced Onion | Milk |
Salt & Pepper to taste | 2 cans Biscuits |
1. Peel potatoes and cut into fairly small pieces. |
2. Just barely cover with water |
3. Add butter, salt, pepper, & onion. |
4. Cook until potatoes are almost done. |
5. Pour off water, till potatoes are about ¼ submerged. |
6. Add enough milk to cover potatoes. |
7. Add some more butter if desired. |
8. Tear each biscuit into 3 parts and roll into ball. |
9. Drop into potato soup. |
10. Stir just slightly. |
11. Cook on low heat, stirring often until biscuits are done. |
12. Approximatley 10-20 minutes. |
