Yummy Potato Soup

8 - 10 Potatoes Butter
2 Tlb. Minced Onion Milk
Salt & Pepper to taste 2 cans Biscuits

1. Peel potatoes and cut into fairly small pieces.
2. Just barely cover with water
3. Add butter, salt, pepper, & onion.
4. Cook until potatoes are almost done.
5. Pour off water, till potatoes are about ¼ submerged.
6. Add enough milk to cover potatoes.
7. Add some more butter if desired.
8. Tear each biscuit into 3 parts and roll into ball.
9. Drop into potato soup.
10. Stir just slightly.
11. Cook on low heat, stirring often until biscuits are done.
12. Approximatley 10-20 minutes.
