Your Own Page

Well, since you found your way here, I suppose you've been wandering the web awhile. Do you have your own page yet? If yes, GREAT! Tell me about it if it pertains to models. If no, WHY NOT? Get with the times! It is so EASY to do, even if you swear your computer hates you or if you often feel like bashing the monitor with a baseball bat. You don't need any special software (except for a browser, preferably Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Explorer, which you should already have) and it is absolutely FREE! This page is not suppose to teach you how. I am a novice to all this stuff (I started in January 1997). I will, however, point you in the direction to places that WILL teach you how to do things or allow you to download cool stuff to put on your page.

There are several places that allow you to maintain a web page free. Geocities and Angelfire come to mind. This page is maintained under Geocities (and if any of you who work there are reading this, THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL SERVICE!). Most of these services put a limit on how much disk space you can take up. This is usually not a problem for someone just starting out. Geocities has online user-friendly programs that help you easily edit your page. Below are some resources to find nifty images and help for more technical questions. If you know of any other helpful places that I can add to this list, please tell me!
