Here's the happy ending story of Duke & Daisy:
Hi,
I've been meaning to email and share our happiness with Duke and Daisy. We adopted Duke and Daisy on April 1, 2006, and our families thought it was an April Fool's Day joke when we called to say we were bringing home two bundles of joy nine months after our wedding. Since then, we have had so many laughs and fantastic journeys with our beagles. Duke is the lazy, laid back one (just like his "Dad") and Daisy is the energetic, easily distracted one (just like her "Mom"). They both love trying to catch rabbits, squirrels, and birds, playing in the park, going to the beach, playing with their "cousins" Frankie and Cheyenne, getting their heads stuck in cereal boxes, knocking over the garbage can to eat leftover turkey, and cuddling on the couch with "Mom and Dad" at the end of a long day. Duke and Daisy entertain us on a daily basis with their wrestling, chasing each other around the house, and Daisy's confused looks while Duke attempts to attack his tail in a mad spin that usually ends up making him so dizzy that he falls over long enough for Daisy to attack him.
I could go on and on with stories of these two, but the most important thing is that we are nothing but happy to have them as part of our family and wish to thank TLC for our two beautiful dogs. Keep up the great work!
