Why Is This Site So Plain?

Short Answer: ACCESSIBILITY!

Long Answer:  When I first decided to learn how to make a web site, I played around and got something up.  Then I tried to learn more to make my web site look more like the other fancy sites.  Now I have discovered that cyberspace has stairs!  I am well aware of how many places are not accessible to my daughter because her wheelchair does not do stairs.  There are many places that have put up the ramp but failed to install an automatic door opener.  Similarly,  many websites have attempted to appear accessible, but they really aren't.  So, I decided not to waste my time learning how to make this web site fancy, I'd rather have it accessible!!  And if you have taken the time to read this, I believe you will find the content of the site worthwhile, plain and simple.
