My God is awesome He created me,
He found me a sinner and sent Jesus to set me free.

He sent the prophets long long ago,
so that the truths of His word I would come to know.

There are writings leading to Jesus' birth,
that show us He holds us each in great worth.

Prophecy telling to the finest detail,
how Jesus would be born and how He would prevail.

Giving facts only God could know,
all this to give hope to the sinners here below.

Offering salvation absolutely free,
to everyone who calls on Jesus obediently.

Beckoning us each till we recognize,
that we can by our own choice expand our lives.

We can choose to surrender each and every day,
and be changed by The Spirit as Jesus did say.

Jesus is the way the truth and the life,
and He will help with your burdens and your strife.

You too can read what Jesus had to say,
turn to John sixteen verse six today.

As a matter of fact read the whole Bible through,
and ask the Lord to open it's meaning for you.

My God is awesome and desires no man be lost,
and provided for our salvation at very great cost.

Won't you ask Him to help you to learn,
to teach you the truth and give you the power to discern?

Soon we'll be going Home with Jesus for eternity,
it will give me great joy to have you with me.
