My prayer for this new day,
may I be Yours in every way.

May I be surrendered from my head to my feet,
may all of my enemies I defeat.

May all my thoughts be as they ought,
and may I remember all I've been taught.

May my actions bring You honor and glory,
as I share with others the salvation story.

May my intentions be honest and pure,
and may others see it is You whom I adore.

May your love be reflected so completely,
that it is You they see when they glance at me.

May the steps I take be most productive,
and the invitation I offer appear seductive.

Seducing others to seek and find,
a love so pure it can not be defined.

May everyone who hears of You and salvation today,
accept Your love as they kneel to pray.
