My Son
by Barbara Philbrook

Paul Richard Kramer Jr. born 10/30/1981,|
I was ecstatic to hear I'd given birth to a son.

As you graduate I would like you to know this,
you fill my life with Heavenly Bliss.

Through the years you've been such a joy,
now a young man no longer my boy.

It sure fills my heart with pride,
memories of you and Uncle Johnny on a tractor ride.

The fact you helped others without being asked,
nothing ever being to difficult a task.

Smiling through your life most every day,
you sure chased any of my sadness away.

Your love of NASCAR and # eighty eight,
Dale Jarrett your favorite there's no debate.

Your eighty one mustang the first car to call your own,
a definite sign you have grown.

I want you to know son I am proud of you,
and I pray you'll be happy at whatever you do.

I thank God for my Blessings each and every one,
not least of all for You being my son.
