INTRODUCTION

Yes, I know, on the INTERNET it usually takes a lot of "CLICKING" to get where we need to go, to find "what" we need to "find"... it is a little bit like my own work: putting together the dispersed information on the stories of our Ancestors which abound but in such small pieces (birth certificates, judgments, old letters, newspapers) that it takes a lot of work to put the stories together. There are realms of accurate information and they have to be properly "collated", which I enjoy doing.

This is a story of the many people living in early New-France (1608-1867), how they survived and lived amongst each other
