1/4 cup honey
graham cracker crumbs
What to do: in large bowl mix all the ingredients except the graham cracker crumbs. Shape the mixture into 1 inch balls. Roll in graham cracker crumbs and refrigerate.

S"MORES
We all know how to make the traditonal s'more where you roast a marshmellow over a campfire and then put it between to grahm crackers with a peice of chocolate.
Well why not make them at home? Why not use a little variety? Use a favorite cookie (Nilla Wafers, crackers, gingersnaps) instead of the graham cracker. Or use a peanut butter cup or Crackle bar ( or your favorite candy bar) instead of plain chocolate. Assemble to s'more and microwave it for about 10sec. and you have your S'mores. Kids will love them as a different treat.
