November block of the Month

Kings Crown 8"

This month I chose a block that could spotlight a fussy cut novelty print in it's center.

Fabric requirements: Note: any novelty, light fabric and 2 coordinating medium to dark fabrics that contrast with each other could be substituted for the fabrics below

1 4.5" square Christmas novelty print

1 5.25 square pale gold -- cut on the diagonal, then cut again on opposite diagonal These will be called triangle A

4 2 7/8" squares forest green -- cut on the diagonal once These will be called triangle B

4 2.5" squares cranberry or bright red
