2 i. ² Otgina or Ogive of Luxemburg was born before 1000, the first event for which there is a recorded date. She married Barbatus Baldwin IV (Count of Flanders). Barbatus was born in Flanders, France 968. He was the son of Arnulph II (Count of Flanders) and Roselle of Italy. Barbatus died 5/30/1036 in Flanders, France.
