3. William³ Marshal (Earl of Pembroke) (John FitzGilbert², Gilbert¹) was born 1146. William died 5/14/1219.

He married Isabel de Clare (Countess) in London, England, 1189.

William Marshal (Earl of Pembroke) and Isabel de Clare (Countess) had the following child:

4 i. Maud⁴ Marshal was born before 1225, the first event for which there is a recorded date. Maud died 4/4/1248. She married William de Warren Plantaganet before 1225. He was the son of Hameline Plantaganet and Isabel de Warren. (See William de Warren Plantaganet for the continuation of this line.)
