He married twice. He married Mary Bodfish in Barnstable, MA, 11/1659. She was the daughter of Robert Bodfish and Bridget unknown. Mary died 12/1662 in Barnstable, MA. He married Mary Bursley in Barnstable, MA, 4/25/1663. Mary was born 1643. She was the daughter of John Bursley and Joanna Hull.

John Crocker and Mary Bodfish had the following children:

14 vi. Elizabeth Crocker was born in Barnstable, MA 10/7/1660. Elizabeth died 1/15/1716 at 55 years of age. She married Richard Child (Deacon) 1678.
