Sort of got into CND aound 1986. I joined as a concern about bombs being pointed at me!! Unfortunately, I seemed to be the only normal person there! Full of wierdos  who were into everything else todo with saving the earth. Hey, if I wanna join a groupon a particular subject, I don't expect everyone to run away screaming everytime I eat a meat sandwich, nor do I expect to be called sexist with every word out of my gob!!! Get a proper life wierdos!!! Sort your self image out! I used to go on demos & worked voluntarily in Merseyside CND office. While on a coach to a Molesworth demo, I cowered in terror as everyone was singing "we are the happy gentle people"!!! I drew the line & left!!!!!!

This was a blockade we did of the entrance. From 6am till 4pm, in the February snow.. (freezing!) Above, keeping an eye on us! Right, patrolling the perimiter fence. Below, the blockade.
