Bill works for Kwik Kar of Coppell, Coppell, Texas, where he does State Inspections.  On December 18, 1999, this mint condition 1966 Corvette Stingray came in for inspection.
The car had 23,492 actual miles and everything is original equipment (except the tires).

Our life together began on December 31, 1969.

I met Bill the weekend after Thanksgiving, 1969.  We dated for 32 days (yes days!) before we were married on December 31, 1969.

When we took our vows, we said "for better or worse", and we have seen both.  We have seen our share of sorrow and tragedy, of hope and dispair, of good times and bad.  And "through it all We've learned to trust in Jesus, we've learned to trust in God."  God has been there, through it all!

Recently I remembered the song that Bill sang to me during those early years together.

"All for the love of a dear little girl.  All for the love that sets my heart in a whirl.  I'm a man who'd give his life, and the joys of this world,  All for the love of a girl."

I don't know who wrote the lyrics, and I can't even remember the artist who sang it.  But when Bill sang it to me, it came from his heart.
