You could have a cheerleading clinic for younger girls in elementary school. Our squad had a clinic and raised over $200! It took $13 off our supplies. What we did was grouped the girls by grades. pre-1, 2-3 and 4-5. We had different stations for them to visit like gymnastics where cartwheels backbends and forward rolls were taught, then there was the cheer station where our easiest cheers and sideliners were taught and there was a jump station where a tuck and a tabletop(double hook) were taught. We charged $20 a person and the clinic ran from 9am-12pm on a Saturday morning. We also gave the girls certificates of participation. At the end of the clinic the girls performed what they learned to the parents.(Have everyone wear their uniforms so the customers know that you are true to your squad.
You could also have a car wash. Just have everyone bring a bucket and a couple rags. Post signs about the car wash and people in your town would be happy to support your squad. You should charge about $5 a car. Have some girls wash the cars and other girls dry the cars. Also, have a box to keep the money in so it doesn't get wet.
