SPREAD EAGLE, Also known as the X jump. Make sure that you hit your high v while in the air.

TOE TOUCH, Instead of touching your toes reach for the inside of your ankles and try to keep your back as straight as you can.

TABLE TOP, Also known as the Double Hook. Make sure your legs are parrallel to the ground.

FRONT HURDLER, The front hurdler is done at a 45 degree angle. Make sure you kick your leg as high as it can go and bend the other leg behind you.

SIDE HURDLER, kick leg to the side with knee upward, thigh is parrallel to ground and knee faces toward ground. Arms are in T.

HERKIE, Done almost exactly like the side hurdler except the back lef is pointed down instead of parrallel to the ground. There is two possible arm positions. Do whichever is easiest for you.
