Basic arm motions


T MOTION, Also known as airplane. Keep your arms straight out.

HANDS ON HIPS, Place your fists on your hips.

DAGGERS, Also known as a tabletop, bend elbows and keep arms in front of you.

HIGH V, Keep the doughnut hole towards the crowd.

LOW V, Same as high v but downward.

LEFT DIAGONAL, Left arm in high V, right arm in Low V.

RIGHT DIAGONAL, opposite of left diagonal

TOUCHDOWN, Also known as High Daggers or Arms by Ears. Keep arms straigh and by your ears. Pinky faces toward the crowd.

LOW TOUCHDOWN, opposite of touchdown, thumb side faces toward crowd

HALF T, Also known as broken airplane. Bend elbows and keep fists infront of chest.

LEFT L, Makes L shape. Right arm in touchdown, left arm in T.
